During our August webinar, Ohio BWC Industrial Safety Hygienist Tom Kelly will give an introduction to Behavior-Based Safety, a process that creates a safety partnership between management and employees that continually focuses people's attentions and actions on theirs, and others, daily safety behavior. His overview will include the basic principles of how to motivate safe behavior in the workplace; the benefits of behavior-based systems; and common errors when implementing a BBS program.
