Building A Better America, the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber and UA Local 396 Plumbers and Pipefitters are pleased to invite you to join us for light refreshments and a discussion led by Representative Bill Johnson on an important topic upon which Democrats and Republicans agree — our permitting process needs reform.
