The Regional Chamber welcomes to this year's event our forecaster and keynote speaker, David Valentiner, managing director of Interest Rate Management at First National Bank, and our 2024 Valley Champion Award Recipient, Jack Damioli, president and CEO of renowned The Broadmoor Hotel and Resort in Colorado.

Valentiner oversees FNB’s interest rate risk management services in North and South Carolina, supporting clients through a variety of derivative solutions. With 25 years of financial services experience, David joined 

FNB in 2017 following its acquisition of Yadkin Bank. Prior to joining FNB, he was a director of Commodity Risk Management at Fifth Third Bank and vice president of Capital Markets at Sovereign Bank in Philadelphia. He also served in different risk management and investment banking roles with Bank of America in Charlotte, London and New York City.

Damioli is an accomplished chief executive officer with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. He started working in the hospitality industry at Yankee Run Golf Course at the age of 10—he's a Brookfield native! He pestered the golf pro/co-owner there for a job, learned to play the game of golf and kept coming back to work at the course during the summer for 12 years, gaining great insight into customer service and guest experience.

He joined the The Broadmoor in 2014 as VP and managing director and became just the seventh president & CEO in 2021. The Broadmoor is the world's longest-running, Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond Resort. Known for his expertise in negotiation, coaching, advertising, sales and customer satisfaction, Jack has built a reputation for driving business growth and development.
