Featuring the Ohio State Highway Patrol Sgt. Eric Brown

Brown graduated from Newton Falls High School, and attended Youngstown State University until he was hired by the Ohio State Highway Patrol in 1997.  He has been assigned to the Canfield Post his entire career holding the position of trooper, sergeant and lieutenant, as the Canfield Post Lieutenant I oversee the operations of the Canfield Post. Currently, Brown is enrolled at Youngstown State University working towards completing the degree that he started in 1994. 

This presentation will include general talk about traffic safety including the use of seatbelts, Ohio’s new distracted driving law, OVI’s, and crash trends in Mahoning County.
