The Regional Chamber Foundation welcomes Michele Harradence of Enbridge, who will keynote the Regional Chamber’s Salute to Business Breakfast.We will also honor six business leaders with our Salute To Business Awards and present our Valley Champion Award to Kip Botirius, Executive Vice President of Mod Op. 

 Michele Harradence is an Executive Vice President at Enbridge Inc., and President of Enbridge Gas, North America’s largest natural gas utility. Under Michele’s leadership, Enbridge Gas serves 7 million customers in Canada and the United States, including homes, schools, hospitals and businesses. She has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Oil and Gas in 2020 and one of the Most Powerful and Influential Women in 2024 by the National Diversity Council (U.S.). Before assuming her current role, Michele was the Chief Operations Officer for Enbridge’s Gas Transmission and Midstream business unit, based in Houston, Texas.

Kip Botirius, a New Middletown native now living in Solon, Ohio, embodies the resilience and community spirit of a Valley Champion. After the tragic loss of his 4-year-old son Sebastian to LRBA deficiency, Kip and his wife, Kelly Baylog, created Sebastian’s Playground—an inclusive play space in Solon Community Park that raised over $125,000 and now serves children of all abilities. Beyond this heartfelt initiative, Kip brings over two decades of expertise in marketing strategy, business development, and leadership. Formerly CEO of AMG Marketing Resources, he joined Mod Op’s senior leadership as Executive Vice President following its 2022 acquisition of AMG, expanding the agency’s digital capabilities and Midwest presence.
