Join us to find out the answers to this oft-asked question! Cari Gray, CSP, BWC  safety consultant and self-proclaimed safety geek of more than 20 years, will discuss:


  • Motivators for employees decisions; 
  • Example costs and effects of poor decisions;
  • And, how to help shape and improve behaviors.

 

Cari works with a diverse range of companies in many different industries, from public entities to a variety of private companies. She helps customers evaluate their current safety situations, set goals and create plans of action to successfully achieve their goals. She also teaches many safety-related classes for the BWC.

Prior to working at the BWC, Cari was an environmental, safety and health manager for General Electric.She also worked in the Safety Department of an automotive based company, after graduating from The Ohio State University in 1999.
